Ove Stole the Spotlight

Today felt calm after yesterday’s storm. Life isn’t all that bad after all but you know what is going to be bad? My CGPA, heehee. I’m really not in the mood to study and since I usually like to prepare well in advance, it’s making me (hellishly) scared.

The highlight of the day? Drumrolls... OVE! (from the book A Man Called Ove). Honestly, I adore him. Never did I think I’d laugh so much at someone’s grumpiness, but I did and it felt good.

Nothing much else happened today, so just a short diary entry. 

Also, I love this Pinterest board , if you’ve read the book, you’ll know. You’ll feel each photo in this board. ♡

Stay a While Longer

Abhi Na Jao Chhod Kar has been one of those songs I’ve loved all my life. It makes me want to tell people the same thing, that I love when they stay a little longer. There’s a tenderness in it. I’ve also grown to love Ajay Sahab’s extended stanzas of this song. They feel like the melody itself doesn’t want to end, just like the words. And in the voice of Rajesh Singh Sir, it turns into something so deeply melodious that it stayed with me and i am sure it'll stay with you too.
